Banquet Setup Attendent

Must have a Valid driver's license. OLCC and Food Handler's preferred.

Availability days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

Must be capable of strenuous lifting up to 75 pounds, have a good sense of balance and be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length

1. Meets with sales manager to review daily assignments.

2. Prepares rooms for setting by vacuuming and/or breaking down previous set-up.

3. Sets-up necessary tables, chairs, etc. according to function contracts.

4. Places linens, skirting, audio-visual, etc. in room as required.

5. Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments as required to meeting and function rooms.

6. Stocks and maintains overall cleanliness of the storage areas.

7. Informs sales manager of any group special requests.
